Main
Chicken. Bacon. Ranch. Wings. This all-time favorite combo comes together perfectly on the Masterbuilt Gravity Series, delivering smoky, crispy wings with a flavor punch that’s unbeatable.
Instructions
-
01
Start by preheating your Masterbuilt smoker to 375°F. Place the bacon strips on a wire rack or directly on the griddle, and cook until crispy. Once done, remove the bacon and set it aside, but don’t discard the bacon grease. This "liquid gold" will be used to flavor the wings later.
-
02
Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel to ensure they crisp up nicely. In a large bowl, toss the wings with ranch seasoning powder, Old Smokey seasoning (or your favorite BBQ rub), and a heaping tablespoon of the reserved bacon grease. The bacon grease will help the seasoning stick and add extra smoky flavor to the wings.

03
Place the seasoned wings on the preheated smoker. Smoke them at 375°F for about 45-60 minutes, flipping them halfway through. The wings should be golden brown, crispy, and reach an internal temperature of at least 175°F.

04
While the wings are smoking, chop the crispy bacon into small bits. Once the wings are done, top them with the bacon bits, a sprinkle of extra ranch seasoning, and a garnish of fresh chopped dill for a burst of freshness and flavor.

05
Plate the wings and serve them hot. For extra flavor, you can pair them with ranch dressing or a smoky dipping sauce. These wings are sure to be a hit!
