Country Style Pork Ribs

Ingredients

  • Main

These Ozark-style country pork ribs are tender, smoky, and packed with flavor! Cooked low and slow on the Masterbuilt 545 AutoIgnite, they’re seasoned with a bold pork rub and finished with a sweet, smoky glaze of barbecue sauce. Perfect for gatherings, these ribs will be a hit at your next cookout!

Instructions

  1. 01

Set your Masterbuilt 545 Auto Ignite to 275°F and let it heat up.

  2. 02

Generously coat the ribs with your favorite pork rub, ensuring even coverage on all sides.

  3. 03

Place the ribs on the smoker and let them cook until they reach an internal temperature of 200°F or until they are probe tender (about 3.5 hours)

  4. 04

Brush a thin layer of barbecue sauce over the ribs and continue smoking for 15 minutes to let the sauce set.

  5. 05

For extra tenderness, wrap the ribs in foil at 160°F and let them finish cooking in their own juices before saucing!

  6. 06

Remove the ribs from the smoker, let them rest for 10 minutes, then serve and enjoy!

MASTER IT.

There's an app for that.
