Max (@thegrillfriend) takes an unique approach on this dish is a delicious fusion of two food favorites, BBQ ribs and buffalo wings! The sweet and spicy sauce is the perfect blend of flavors and makes for a definite crowd-pleasing party dish.
This smoked wings recipe was made on the Gravity Series 800 Digital WiFi Charcoal Grill, Griddle and Smoker.

Preheat your smoker to 250°F.

Remove the membrane from the underside of your rack of ribs. Then slice them into individual ribs.

Apply a liberal coating of your spice rub to all sides of the cut ribs.

Add the ribs to the smoker and let them cook until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.

While they cook, prepare the sauce by combining the BBQ sauce, hot sauce, and melted butter.

Once the ribs are up to temperature, brush on as much of the sauce as you like. Let them cook for another 30 minutes, until the sauce is tacky and nicely caramelized.

Remove from the smoker and enjoy as is, or with some ranch or blue cheese!
