Coate all sides of the prime rib with Achiote oil to taste

Season all sides with Dad’s Brisket Rub & Certified Sazón Blend to taste.

Knott the prime rib up with two pieces of kitchen twine

Rest, sweat & allow to get to room temperature

Fire up your Masterbuilt Grill and Smoker to 450° with lump charcoal

Place the prime rib roast into the main grilling area for roasting

Roast the prime rib roast at 450° & rotate every 35 mins

Cook to internal temperature 130° & remove for the CharCrusted searing

Searing: Bump up the heat to 650° & rested the prime rib while the grill was getting hot for searing.

Lather all sides of the prime rib with more Achiote Oil

Sear both sides of the prime rib for a few mins on each side.
