Cowboy Chicken Grillers AKA Bacon-Wrapped Stuffed Chicken Recipe on a Gravity Series Grill
This is a spin on a popular grilled chicken recipe that are fantastic on a grill. Some recipes call for banana peppers, but this one uses jalapeño slices for extra heat. If you do want to calm down the spice, use cheddar cheese and banana peppers instead!

Made on a Gravity Series grill and smoker, this chicken entree is great for people who crave bold flavors and hearty meals.

Preheat Gravity series to 350F.

Slice a pocket lengthwise in each chicken breast and stuff with jalapeños and cheese slices, then close the pocket and wrap with bacon.

Season the assembled cowboy grillers using your favorite all purpose seasoning.

Grill for approximately an hour or until and internal temperature of 165F is reached.

Remove, slice, and enjoy!
