Instructions

    Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce

  1. 01

Dice two cloves of garlic and add them to a foil pan.

  2. 02

Cut one stick of butter into thirds and add it to the pan.

  3. 03

Cut one lemon in half, squeeze the juice into the pan, then drop the lemon halves into the pan.

  4.

  5. 04

Place the pan on the smoker set to 350°F while you prep the lobster tail.

  6. Prepare the Lobster Tail

  7. 05

Take the lobster tail and carefully cut the shell down the middle of the tail.

  8.

  9. 06

Gently spread the shell open without breaking it.

  10. 07

Break off the front section of the tail.

  11. 08

Slide your finger down the bottom of the tail to release the meat, then pull the meat up to sit on top of the shell.

  12.

  13. 09

Lightly season the lobster meat with your favorite BBQ rub.

  14. 10

Place the prepared lobster tail on the grill at 350°F.

  15. 11

Baste the lobster tail with the garlic butter sauce every 3 minutes.

  16. 12

Continue grilling and basting until the lobster reaches an internal temperature of 140°F.

  17. 13

Once cooked, remove the lobster tail from the grill.

  18. 14
