Instructions

    The day before you want to make them, place your chicken wings into a bowl and toss with baking powder and whatever seasoning or rub you like.

    Lay out the wings on a wire rack and place into the fridge overnight.

    The next day, preheat your grill to 450°F.

    Add the wings to the grill and let them cook, flipping every 10 minutes, until they are crispy and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.

    While they cook, prepare the sauce by sautéing the garlic in the oil, then add the soy sauce, sugars, vinegar, and sriracha.
