This easy appetizer recipe was made using Masterbuilt Gravity Series 1050 Digital WiFi Charcoal Grill and Smoker.

This recipe makes 12 poppers, but you can easily scale this to feed however many poppers you need to feed your crows.

Instructions

  1. 01

Wash and cut jalapeños length wise

  2.

  3. 02

Clear the membrane and seeds (you can leave a few seeds in if you like more heat in your poppers)

  4.

  5. 03

Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with bacon

  6.

  7. 04

Sprinkle your favorite sweet BBQ rub over the bacon wrapped poppers

  11. 06

Rotate if cooking uneven and cook another 15 minutes

  12.

  13. 07

If the bacon is not crisp enough for your liking use a small torch and run the flame over the bacon to crisp it up to your liking.

  14.

  15. 08
