Using kitchen stove, place a large pot over medium high heat.

Add olive oil and sauté onion, peppers, celery, and minced garlic until soft.

- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced

Combine all remaining ingredients in pot, simmer for 20 mins, stirring every few minutes.

- 3 pounds pulled pork
- 2 cans, whole diced tomatoes
- 2 cans, creamed corn
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons BBQ Rub
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup sweet BBQ sauce
- 1 cup ketchup

Set Gravity Series Grill + Smoker to 275˚F.

Place large pot on grill and smoke with indirect heat for 2 to 3 hours, uncovered.

Stir every 30 minutes to blend flavors together.

Remove from smoker and let cool for a few minutes. Serve with your favorite bread.
