    Heat griddle to high

    Using your hands, form the ground beef into 4 large patties, then do the same with the pork sausage. Season both sides of the patties with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.

    Griddle the patties for 8 to 10 minutes on each side, or to medium doneness. Pull off the griddle and set on a plate to rest.

    Add the bacon and tomatoes to the griddle. Cook the tomatoes for 30 seconds per side. Cook the bacon to your desired crispiness, then remove from the heat and place in a small pan to keep warm.

    Butter the bread lightly to taste and toast it on the griddle, buttered-side down, for 2 to 4 minutes.

    Melt butter on the griddle. Add the eggs and fry to sunny-side-up doneness. Transfer to a plate.

    Build each burger, starting with a slice of bread, a smear of mayo, a burger patty, 4 slices of bacon, a sausage patty, more bacon, some tomato, onions (if you like), an egg, and a second slice bread. Enjoy!
