Instructions

    Preheat your smoker or oven to 275°F.

    Slice the string cheese into 16 disc-shaped pieces.

    Create a small slit in the side of each pretzel bite, being careful not to split the bread completely.

    Insert one cheese disc into each pretzel bite and pinch the edges lightly around the cheese. It’s okay if it doesn’t fully close.

    Place the stuffed pretzel bites on a wire rack and transfer them to the smoker. Smoke for 7-10 minutes, keeping an eye on them to avoid burning, especially on the bottom. The pretzel bites should be soft, slightly crusty, and may darken slightly.

    While the pretzel bites are smoking, prepare the butter coating by melting the butter and mixing it with the jalapeño ranch seasoning, chopped parsley, and minced garlic until well combined.

    Once the pretzel bites are done, remove them from the smoker and immediately toss them in the prepared butter mixture to coat evenly.
