Preheat Gravity Series Grill + Smoker to 250˚F.

Flatten sausage into square (approximately 8” x 10”) on wax paper.

- 1 pound ground mild sausage
- Wax paper

Crumble blueberry muffins and form into log in the center of the sausage.

- 4 mini blueberry muffins, pre-baked

Season with salt, pepper, and drizzle muffins with maple syrup to taste.

Roll sausage around muffin and form into the fatty log, fully enclosing both ends of muffins with sausage.

Place fatty on grill. Smoke with indirect heat for 2 hours or until internal temp reaches 160˚F. Drizzle with syrup halfway through the cook.
