By smoking and braising it on the Masterbuilt AutoIgnite Grill, this dish goes from traditional to mouthwatering with layers of smoky flavor and fall-apart tenderness. This recipe uses Big Unc Blazed Beef seasoning, but you could use any of your favorite beef seasoning and the recipe will still turn out great.

Instructions

    Sprinkle the outside with the seasoning pack and also dust it up in some Blazed Beef seasoning or your favorite beef seasoning

    Place the beef into the smoker at 250 degrees until it reaches an internal of 160

    After the smoke bath toss it in a half sheet with a good amount of beef broth (cover the sides) and cover with tinfoil. Back in the smoker at 350 degrees to braise until internal reached about 200 degrees then rest to 203
