These ribs are easy to make, flavor-packed, and will be gone in about 5 minutes!

Score the ribs membrane and cut between the bones.

Put mustard down as a binder and season all sides of the ribs with a rib rub.

Put the ribs into the smoker at 250 degrees. Take them out once they get crispy on the edges.

Add ribs into a foil pan. Then add butter, brown sugar, BBQ rub, and apple juice.

Place the foil pan back into the smoker and bump the grill temperature up to 275.

After braising, place the ribs back onto the grill, and brush on a Sweet and Zesty Sauce. Let it tack on to get nice and thick and delicious crust.
