Made on the Masterbuilt AutoIgnite™ Series 545 Digital Charcoal Grill and Smoker, this recipe combines perfectly smoked pork, melty pepper jack, and vibrant toppings for a taco experience like no other. Instructions

    Coat the pork with FireShire and generously season it with the Asado Rub.

    Smoke the pork at a low temperature until it reaches an internal temperature of 105°F, then sear both sides until it reaches 130°F. Let it rest to finish coming up to temperature.

    Warm the tortillas and melt the cheese onto them.

    Finely chop the jalapeños and onions, then mix them together.

    Prepare the chimichurri according to the package instructions.
