Slice onions and bell peppers then toss them in your pan or tray. Season em up with an AP rub.

Put a layer of Italian sausage on top. These will cook and let off grease that will get those peppers tasting top notch.

Pour 28 ounces of homemade PIZZA sauce (tomatoes, garlic, basil, salt and oregano) on top of the sausage and peppers. Put in the smoker at 325+ degrees until the sausages are cooked and the peppers are tender.

Remove from smoker and pile up your roll with the sausage, onions and peppers. Toss with a bunch of sliced mozzarella. Put back into the smoker until the cheese melts.

If serving for a party cut each roll in thirds and plate em up!
