    Slice potatoes with French fry press, a knife will do if you do not own a press.

    Bring frying oil to 325F.

    Fry potatoes until golden brown.

    While the fries are cooking, combine the mayo, truffle oil, truffle salt, and black pepper and mix for your dip.

    Remove fries from hot oil, top with truffle salt and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
