    Mix all ingredients thoroughly and make six burgers (1 pound each). Add favorite rub, and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight.

    Take burgers out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before smoking. Smoke until desired temperature is reached.

  3. 03

    Serve on kaiser rolls with desired fixings.
