Instructions

  1. 01

    Preheat your smoker to 350F

  2. 02

Start by cubing cheddar cheese into 1/2" – 3/4" cubes, and set aside

  3. 03

Slice bacon slices in half, set aside

  4. 04

In a mixing bowl, combine and mix the ground beef, egg, and burger seasoning.

  5. 05

Grab a ball of the beef mixture that's about 2-3 oz size. Make a round ball with the meat after stuffing the cheese cube inside. Make sure all seams are pinched together in the meat to ensure a tight seal.

  6. 06

Lay down 2 half slices of bacon in an X shape on your work surface and place the meatball on top of that. Wrap the bacon around the meatball to cover as much as possible. Secure with toothpicks.

  7. 07

Place bacon-wrapped meatballs in smoker and let cook for 30-35 minutes until meat is 165F internal and the bacon is cooked to your liking. The bacon shouldn't be charred or burnt by this point, but keep an eye on it.

  8. 08

For the last 5 minutes brush your favorite BBQ Sauce on top of each ball and let them glaze with the lid closed.

  9. 09

Remove the bacon cheeseburger bombs from smoker, and allow them to rest and cool for about 10 minutes before serving hot.

MASTER IT.

There's an app for that.
