    Heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

    Add the thinly sliced beef to the griddle and season with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and cayenne pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove the beef from the griddle and set aside.

    • 1 pound beef (flank steak or skirt steak), thinly sliced
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
    • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

    On the same Griddle, add the sliced bell peppers, onions, and minced garlic. Cook for 5-6 minutes until the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized.

    • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
    • 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

    Return the cooked beef to the Griddle with the vegetables. Toss everything together to combine and heat for an additional minute.

    Remove from heat and serve the beef fajitas with warm flour tortillas, sautéed bell peppers and any other desired toppings.
