Mango Habanero Ribs are the perfect blend of sweet, spicy, and smoky! Tender ribs coated in a mango-habanero glaze deliver just the right amount of kick, balanced by tropical sweetness. These ribs are ideal for anyone who loves bold, vibrant flavors that are both satisfying and easy to create. Using the Masterbuilt AutoIgnite 545 Digital Charcoal Grill and Smoker, achieving fall-off-the-bone perfection is a breeze. It’s all about simple ingredients, a touch of heat, and that irresistible smoky goodness that makes this dish perfect for any cookout or gathering.

Instructions

  1. 01

With the membrane removed use mango juice as a binder and layer on Reaper and Mango Fuego Rub.

  2. 02

Set your smoker to 300°F and cook the ribs until they achieve your desired color, and the meat begins to pull away from the bone.

  3. 03

Wrap the ribs with butter, brown sugar, mango juice, and additional seasoning. Return them to the smoker and cook until they reach your desired tenderness, approximately 45 minutes.

  4. 04

Remove ribs from foil and glaze with Mango Habanero Wing Sauce. Put back on smoker for about 15 minutes to adhere to the ribs.

MASTER IT.
