Bad Bully Taco Casserole is bringing back a nostalgic favorite with a smoky twist! Inspired by the classic taco casserole from the 90s and early 2000s, this revamped version takes those familiar flavors and elevates them with the rich smokiness of the Masterbuilt smoker and a kick of Bad Bully seasoning. It’s the perfect fusion of old-school comfort and bold new flavor—bringing back all the memories in the tastiest way possible!

    Brown the ground beef and generously season with Bad Bully. Stir in a chopped white onion and green chiles.

    Add the ground beef to a cast iron skillet along with a pack of crushed taco shells, a full jar of taco sauce, 1/2 cup of crema, 4 cups of cheddar cheese, and 1 cup of pepper jack. Be sure to save some cheese for topping! Layer the flavors, sprinkle some extra Bad Bully on top, and finish with the remaining cheese.

    Place the cast iron skillet full of goodness in the smoker at 375°F for about 30 minutes. For the last 10 minutes, consider covering it with foil to achieve a perfectly melted top layer.
