When it’s game time, there’s nothing better than crispy, golden fried chicken wings and hot, crunchy fries to keep the crowd satisfied. With the Masterbuilt XL Electric Fryer, you can fry up big batches with ease, ensuring everyone gets a plate full of flavor without missing a play.

Instructions

    Begin by filling the Masterbuilt XL Fryer with vegetable oil and preheating it to 350°F.

    While the oil heats, rinse and pat dry the chicken wings.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Mix well to ensure the seasonings are evenly distributed.

    Lightly season the wings with a portion of the seasoning mix, making sure each piece is coated evenly.

    Dredge the seasoned wings in the flour mixture, ensuring they are fully coated. Shake off any excess flour, then place the wings into the frying basket.

    Lower the basket into the preheated oil and fry the wings for 18 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Once cooked, remove the wings from the fryer and set them aside to drain on a wire rack or paper towels.

    Next, place the frozen French fries into the frying basket and lower them into the oil. Cook for 5 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden. Remove the fries and allow any excess oil to drain.
