In a mixing bowl, make the marinade by stirring together the garlic, green onions, white onion, soy sauce, brown sugar, water, sesame oil and canola oil.

- 2 Green Onions Chopped
- 1/2 medium White Onion sliced
- 3/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Oil

Place the ribs and the sauce in a large bag or bowl and massage the sauce into the ribs with your hands. Place in the refrigerator to marinate for 4 hours or overnight.

Heat your Gravity Series to 600 degrees Fahrenheit. Oil your grill grates with Canola Oil.

Remove the ribs from the marinade and place ribs on the grill. Cook on each side for 2 minutes.

Serve with steamed jasmine rice and kimchi.
