A great alternative to your traditional beef burgers is turkey burgers. You still get all of the delicious flavor, but with a fraction of the calories and fat. These burgers incorporate fresh Mediterranean flavors in familiar and approachable format. You could serve with a side of roasted potato wedges or a Greek salad. These burgers were cooked on the Gravity Series® 800 Digital Charcoal Griddle, Grill and Smoker.

Preheat grill to 550°F or medium/high heat.

Mix together the ground turkey, feta cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and lemon juice.

- 1 pound Lean ground turkey
- 1/2 cup Feta cheese
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice

Separate into 4 portions and form into burger patties.

Place the patties on the grill for about 5-7 minutes per side.

While the burgers cook, prepare the tzatziki sauce by combining the Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, a squeeze of lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste.

Remove the meat from the grill and toast your hamburger buns, if desired.

Stack your burgers on top of the buns, spread some tzatziki sauce on the patties, and top with tomato, onion, cucumber or any other toppings your prefer.
