Got leftover pulled pork? Give it new life with these pineapple pulled pork sliders, made on the Gravity Series® 600 Digital Charcoal Grill + Smoker for that perfect smoky finish. Juicy pulled pork, fresh pineapple slaw, and melty cheese come together on buttery King’s Hawaiian rolls, brushed with seasoned butter and cooked until golden. Warm the pulled pork on a griddle over medium heat, adding a splash of water to create steam and keep it moist.

In a bowl, mix the coleslaw, sliced pineapple, and Bachan’s Yuzu Sauce until well combined.

Melt the butter and stir in the Big Unc AP seasoning.

Slice the King’s Hawaiian rolls in half. Layer the bottom halves with pineapple slaw, reheated pulled pork, shredded cheese, and Bachan’s Hot and Spicy sauce to taste. Place the top halves back on.

Evenly brush the tops of the sliders with the seasoned butter mixture.
