Cube the pork belly and coat it evenly with a sweet BBQ rub.

Smoke on the Gravity Series® 600 Digital Charcoal Grill + Smoker at 225°F-250°F for about 3 hours, or until caramelized.

Transfer to a tray, sprinkle with chili flakes, and toss in Bachan’s Sweet Honey Sauce. Cover with foil.

Increase the smoker temperature to 350°F and cook for another 45-60 minutes, until tender.
