Smoked on the Gravity Series® 600 Digital Charcoal Grill + Smoker, these Sweet Honey Pork Belly Burnt Ends are a flavorful, easy-to-make treat. With a perfect balance of smoky and sweet, they offer a simple yet satisfying dish that’s sure to be a crowd-pleaser at any BBQ or casual gathering.

Instructions

    Cube the pork belly and coat it evenly with a sweet BBQ rub.

    Smoke on the Gravity Series® 600 Digital Charcoal Grill + Smoker at 225°F-250°F for about 3 hours, or until caramelized.

    Transfer to a tray, sprinkle with chili flakes, and toss in Bachan’s Sweet Honey Sauce. Cover with foil.

    Increase the smoker temperature to 350°F and cook for another 45-60 minutes, until tender.

    Remove the foil and let the sauce thicken for 15 minutes.

    Finish with an extra drizzle of Bachan’s Sweet Honey Sauce, then top with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
