Season the pork butt with your favorite BBQ style rub.

Place the pork butt on the smoker set to 275°F.

Smoke until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

While the pork is smoking, start creating the coleslaw by chopping the Granny Smith apple to your liking.

Chop the large jalapeno to your liking.

Add the chopped apple and jalapeno to the bag of coleslaw mix.

Add the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar to the coleslaw mix.
