Preheat your grill and pizza oven to 500°F.

Pre-cook the ground beef with the taco seasoning.

While the pizza oven is heating up, stretch out your dough to be roughly 14 to 16 inches, and place it on top of a pizza peel.

Pour the taco sauce over your stretched out dough and spread it around, leaving a small edge for the crust.

Evenly distribute the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
