Steamed Hot Dogs

Instructions

   Add water to MIN fill line in Masterbuilt XL Fryer Boiler Steamer.

   Turn unit to 375˚F and bring water to a boil (heat time is 15 to 20 minutes).

   Add hot dogs to steamer basket, hang steamer basket on drain clips and close lid. Steam for approximately 5 minutes (internal temperature at 140˚F).

4. 04

   With 1 minute remaining, turn unit off and add buns to the top of the steamer basket and close lid.

5. 05

   Remove and assemble, top with favorite condiments.
