Pat dry your prime rib roast with paper towels.

Lightly spray the surface of the prime rib with cooking spray or rub it with olive oil to help the seasoning adhere.

Season the prime rib with 2 tablespoons of coarse ground SPG rub, ensuring even coverage over the entire surface.

Lightly sprinkle 1-2 tablespoons of your favorite BBQ rub over the prime rib for added flavor.

Finely chop the fresh rosemary and thyme leaves and press them into the top of the prime rib. You can also press them into the exposed sides for additional flavor.
