Set up your pizza oven in the Gravity Series Grill + Smoker. Preheat grill to 400 ˚F.

Sauté sausage on griddle or frying pan until crumbled and done.

Chop pepperoni, save roughly 16 for topping.

In medium bowl, mix sausage with chopped pepperoni, cheese, and half of the pizza sauce.

Unroll crescent rolls, separating each triangle. Arrange on parchment paper lined baking sheet in a circle with pointy ends facing outward and bases of triangles overlapping.

Spoon the remaining pizza sauce on each crescent roll triangle as a base layer.

Fold triangle tips over filling and tuck the tips inside, the filling will peek out between triangles.

Melt butter and brush light layer on top of dough ring before baking.
