Pulled pork is a staple in BBQ. It's also a great starting point for anyone learning to BBQ as it can be very forgiving, especially on the AutoIgnite™ Series 545 Digital Charcoal Grill and Smoker. This is the easiest pulled pork you will ever make and it will be delicious.

This Easy Smoked Pulled Pork is all about low and slow cooking, allowing the meat to absorb the deep, smoky goodness from your smoker grill. Fill your AutoIgnite™ Series 545 Digital Charcoal Grill and Smoker with lump charcoal mixing in some hickory wood chunks.

Set the Temperature to 275F.

Season your pork butt heavily on all sides with your favorite rub.

Let this sit for 20 minutes for the rub to adhere and look "wet".

Place on the AutoIgnite 545 Grill and Smoker with the fat cap facing up.

Let this smoke for 8-10hrs until the Internal Temperature hits 200F and is probe tender.

Pull the pork off and let it rest in an aluminum pan covered with aluminum foil for 2 hours in your oven (not turned on) or a cooler.
