Instructions

    Rice

  1. 01

    Rinse rice very well (until the water is no longer cloudy)

    Add water in your rice cooker until it reaches the first line on your index finger

  3. 03

    Cook and add about 1/4c of rice vinegar

  4. 04

    Slice musubi into musubi sized slices

  5. 05

    Mix Miso Wasabi Sauce

  6. 06

    Grill up musubi and baste with sauce. Get some good grill marks.

    Cut nori in half and place in a scoop of rice, the spam, more sauce and some furikake

  8. 08

    Fold it up and place some rice on the seam to keep it together
