Smoked Brisket Sandwich with Comeback Sauce

Leftover smoked brisket sandwich with mayo-based comeback sauce, cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes

Instructions

    Set Gravity Series Grill + Smoker to 350˚F.

    Slice brisket into thin slices.

    Ingredients

    • 1 whole brisket, sliced

    Fold each brisket slice in half and place on tray, add salt, pepper, and 3 slices of cheese on top.

    • Provolone Cheese

    Place tray on the middle rack to melt cheese.

    While it melts, toast bread on grill. Then spread comeback sauce on bread once toasted.

    Build sandwich with cheesy brisket, BBQ sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, and salt/pepper to taste.
